1. Forester – I
- No of Posts: 47
- Pay Scale: PB-2 ₹14,000 – ₹49,000 + GP ₹6,200
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university
2. Forest Guard
- No of Posts: 110
- Pay Scale: PB-2 ₹14,000 – ₹49,000 + GP ₹5,600
- Qualification: HS / 10+2 passed or equivalent
Other Eligibility Criteria
Residency
- Must be resident of BTC area.
- Candidates from newly added 60 villages of Biswanath & Sonitpur under Udalguri district (BTC area) are also eligible.
Employment Exchange
- Candidate must be registered in any Employment Exchange of Assam.
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 40 Years
Age Relaxation
- OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): 5 Years
