SSC Delhi Police Recruitment 2025- 8854 Constable (Executive/ Driver) & Head Constable Posts

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced a huge recruitment drive for Delhi Police.
This time, there are 8854 vacancies for different posts like Constable (Executive), Constable (Driver) and Head Constable.

Vacancy Details are given below –

1. Constable (Executive) – 7565 Posts

• Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level 3)
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (as on 01.07.2025)
• Qualification: 12th pass from any recognized board.
• Extra Requirement (for Males): Must have a valid driving license for car/bike (Learner license not allowed).

2. Constable (Driver) Male – 737 Posts

• Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level 3)
• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (as on 01.07.2025)
• Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
• Extra Skills Needed:
  • Should know driving heavy vehicles.
  • Must have a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
  • Should know basic vehicle maintenance.

3. Head Constable (AWO/TPO) – 552 Posts

• Pay Scale: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (Level 4)
• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (as on 01.07.2025)
• Qualification:
  • 12th pass with Science & Maths
    OR
  • ITI/NTC in Electronics Communication Trade
• Computer Skills Needed:
  • Typing test: 1000 key strokes in 15 minutes
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, printing, saving files, etc.

Eligibility

• Must be an Indian citizen.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST → +5 years
  • OBC → +3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen → +3 years

• SC / ST / Women / PwD / Ex-Servicemen: Free
• Payment Mode: Online (Net banking / Card) or SBI Challan.
