Candidates must have:
- B.E / B.Tech degree in:
- Electronics / Telecom
- Electrical / Computer Science
- IT / Instrumentation / Radio
- OR M.Sc in Electronics / Computer Science
Age Limit
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years (as per category)

Selection will be done in 3 stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)

- Medical Test
