A total of 3 vacancies have been announced.
1. Controller of Examinations
No. of Post: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
In addition, candidates should fulfil any one of the required experience conditions, such as:
- At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 or above, or
- At least 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 or above, including experience as Professor/Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration.
- Comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher educational institution may also be considered.
- Alternatively, candidates having 15 years of administrative experience, including at least 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or an equivalent post in a University, may apply.
Desirable:
- Experience in conducting or assisting University/College/Institution examinations and related work at an executive level.
- Experience in handling confidential work.
- Working knowledge of computers and software.
Pay Scale: ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200/- (Academic Level-14)
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 01 January 2026.
2. Deputy Registrar
No. of Post: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
Candidates should also have any one of the following experience:
- 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 or above with experience in educational administration.
- Comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher educational institution.
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of computers and software.
- Experience in establishment, academic or financial administration in a University or research organization.
Pay Scale: ₹78,800 – ₹2,11,500/- (Academic Level-12)
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 01 January 2026.
3. Deputy Controller of Examinations
No. of Post: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
Candidates should also fulfil any one of the following experience requirements:
- 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 or above with experience in educational administration.
- Comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher educational institution.
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Pay Scale: ₹78,800 – ₹2,11,500/- (Academic Level-12)
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 01 January 2026.
Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the application fee through Demand Draft (DD).
