- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, etc.) OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics) OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA)
- Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (as on 14.09.2025)
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms (SC/ST, OBC, Ex-servicemen, Women, Departmental Candidates, Meritorious Sports Persons) Category of Candidates Age Relaxation

Departmental Candidates (Central Govt. Civilian employees with 3 years regular service) Up to 40yr
