| Engineering (Civil) | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. and Experience in construction project management, PERT/CPM techniques, CAD/Primavera, or maintenance of office/residential properties. |
| Engineering (Electrical) | Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. and Experience in electrical systems, CCTV, air-conditioning plants, fire alarms, or project administration. |
| Research | Master’s / 2-year PG Diploma in one of the following: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related subjects. |
