Assam CEE Exam 2026 – Online Apply for B.Tech Admission
Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) is an entrance test conducted by the Government of Assam for admission into B.Tech courses in engineering colleges of Assam.For the Academic Session 2026–2027, the exam will be organized by Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU). The official notification was released on 7th March 2026. Students who have passed or are appearing in 10+2 (Science) can apply online for this entrance exam here .

Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following qualification:
- Must pass 10+2 (Higher Secondary) in a single sitting.
- No grace marks will be considered.
- Must pass Theory and Practical separately in required subjects.

Other Eligibility Criteria
Resident-ship
- Candidate must be Indian Citizen.
- Must be a Permanent Resident of Assam with valid PRC.
Central Govt Employee Quota
- Applicants under this quota must submit proof of residency from their state authority outside Assam.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17 years
- Maximum Age: No upper age limit
Character
- Candidate must have good moral character certificate from the last attended institution.
Fitness
- Candidate must be physically and mentally fit with medical certificate.
