Nationality:
Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Educational Qualification (any one):
- Graduate Degree in Engineering in:
- Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication
- Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
from a recognized University/Institute.
OR
- Master’s Degree in:
- Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Electronics / Electronics & Communication
OR Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Electronics / Electronics & Communication
GATE Score:
Candidate must have a valid GATE Score in 2023, 2024 or 2025 in
- Electronics & Communication (EC) or
- Computer Science & IT (CS)
Age Limit (as on 16.11.2025)
