Who Can Apply for NERIE B.Ed Admission 2026?
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in:
- Science
- Social Science
- Humanities
OR
- 55% marks in Engineering/Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics.
Relaxation in Marks
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category will get 5% relaxation in marks.
Important Note
If a candidate has less than 50% in Graduation, but qualifies through Master’s degree marks, then graduation marks must still be entered during application because 40% weightage will be calculated from graduation aggregate marks.
State Domicile Requirement
Candidates must select the correct state while applying. Any one document below will be required as proof:
- Qualifying exam passed from the concerned state/UT.
- Parent/guardian posting certificate (for Government employees).
- Valid domicile/residence certificate of the concerned state.
