Final Selection Process Note –
Document Verification & Final Selection (Revised Version)
After the CBT and PET, candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification (DV). The number of candidates called for DV will be the same as the total number of vacancies, meaning the ratio will be 1:1 for every post.
If two candidates get the same normalized score, their ranking will be decided based on age—the older applicant will be given preference. If both candidates have the same age, then the alphabetical order of their names (A to Z) will be used to break the tie.
Final appointment will be given only after the candidate successfully clears the Medical Fitness Test, and after the Railways verifies all educational documents, caste/community certificates, and background/character details.
